Our kitchen operates from 4 PM to 2 AM, Tuesday through Sunday.

02 / THE POKER TABLE MENU PHILOSOPHY

Designed for the Game

Our menu is engineered for the poker table. No greasy fingers, no crumbs on the felt, no sticky residue on the cards. Every dish is a deliberate answer to one question: how do you serve serious food to serious poker players without interrupting the game?

All items are handcrafted to be eaten with one hand, leaving the other free for chips and cards. We use dry-aged beef for our smash patties to minimize grease, and skewers are served on clean, narrow plates that fit beside your chip stack. The result is a menu that respects the table, the cards, and the competition.

Handcrafted Skewers & Clean Small Plates

Handcrafted Skewers

Our skewers are marinated, grilled, and served on slim wooden boards that fit neatly beside your chip stack. Options include charred chicken, lamb kofta, and halloumi with eucalyptus honey. Each skewer is designed to be eaten with one hand, with no dripping sauces or loose crumbs to threaten the poker table.

Clean Small Plates

From marinated olives to roasted nuts, our small plates are selected for their low-mess, high-flavor profile. Olives are pitted to avoid pits on the table, and nuts are served in small bowls that fit in the cup holder. All plates are designed to be shared without passing over the felt.

04 / DRY-AGED SMASH PATTIES

The Dry-Aged Smash

Our dry-aged beef patties are smashed thin for a crisp edge and minimal grease, served on a potato bun that won't leave crumbs on the felt. Dry-aged for 30 days for concentrated flavor, then smashed on a flat-top for a caramelized crust.

Served with a side of hand-cut chips in a paper cone. Optional add-ons include aged cheddar, caramelized onion, or a fried egg. It is the signature poker-table burger: substantial, clean, and built for long sessions.

Finger-Foods for the Felt

Crispy Chicken Bites

Double-fried for extra crispness, coated in a dry batter that leaves no residue on your fingers or the cards. Served with a dipping sauce in a small ramekin that fits in the cup holder.

Vegetable Tempura

A light, dry batter over seasonal vegetables, fried to order. Designed to be eaten without utensils, so your other hand stays on the poker table.

Cold-Drip Coffee & Low-Sugar Refreshments

Cold-Drip Coffee

Our cold-drip coffee is brewed over 12 hours for a smooth, low-acid cup that keeps you focused without the jitters. Sourced from a local Sydney roaster, served over ice in a tall glass with a paper straw. Available black or with a splash of oat milk.

Low-Sugar Refreshments

From sparkling water with citrus to house-made iced tea, our low-sugar options are designed to hydrate without the sugar crash. Sparkling water is served with a wedge of lime, and iced tea is lightly sweetened with eucalyptus honey. No high-fructose corn syrup in any beverage.

07 / CRAFT ALES & SINGLE-MALT SPIRITS

Local Sydney Craft Ales & Single-Malt Spirits

Local Sydney Craft Ales

We rotate a selection of local Sydney craft ales, chosen for their clean, crisp profiles that won't dull your focus. Current taps include a pale ale from a Surry Hills brewery and a session IPA from Marrickville. Served in chilled glasses with a coaster to protect the felt. No heavy stouts or overly sweet beers.

Single-Malt Spirits

Our single-malt selection features peated and unpeated expressions from Scotland and Tasmania, served neat or with a single ice cube. Options include a 12-year-old Speyside and a Tasmanian single malt. Served in a heavy-bottomed glass that won't tip easily. No cocktails or mixed drinks to keep the bar simple and focused on the poker table.

08 / DINING AT THE POKER TABLE

Table Service & Poker Etiquette

Table Service

Our staff are trained to serve food and drinks without disrupting the game. Orders are taken quietly, and items are placed on side tables or in cup holders. Servers approach only between hands, and all plates and glasses are placed on side tables, never on the felt. You can order from the table using a discreet hand signal.

Poker Etiquette

We ask all players to follow basic poker etiquette when dining: no food over the table, no greasy hands on the cards, and no drinks without a coaster. Coasters are provided for all drinks, napkins are placed within easy reach, and hand wipes are available before touching cards. Respect for the poker table keeps the game clean and focused.
